Welcome to Minu Lanka Travels! By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. All payments must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees.
  • Airfares need to be paid in full at the time of booking and carry a 100% cancellation charge.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be given for unused services or unused portions of the tour.

Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to confirmed bookings must be advised at least 72 hours before travelling.
  • Changes may incur additional charges based on the airline and hotel policies.
  • No requested change can be guaranteed.

Hotels & Services

  • Minu Lanka Travels reserves the right to substitute hotels listed with others of a similar category if necessary.
  • Hotels reserve the right to close facilities due to operational reasons without prior notice.
  • All product information has been published in good faith, but Minu Lanka Travels reserves the right to change any of the facilities and services described.

Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any necessary vaccinations.
  • Minu Lanka Travels will not be held responsible for any charges that may be incurred due to incorrect submission of names or travel document details.
  • Minu Lanka Travels will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this website or any errors or omissions in the content.

Governing Law

  • This contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
  • Any disputes will be settled through negotiations, and if necessary, submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial High Court of Western Province in Sri Lanka.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Minu Lanka Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
